From the moment my son and I met with Lucinda we were put at ease. She answered all my questions, handled my emotions and quickly responded to the many emails my son and I sent. When I say, I would not have made it through the shock of my mother passing without Lucinda and her team. My sister, dad and I felt so overwhelmed prior to walking in and meeting Lucinda. Once we met Lucinda all of our worries went away. She answered our (extensive) list of questions and was prompt with all responses.
